Denne metode er dermed ikke specielt konstruktiv, hvis du sammenligner med proaktiv tilgang. N\u00e5r du arbejder med proaktive processer, handler du p\u00e5 eventuelle problemer, <em>f\u00f8r de opst\u00e5r.<\/em> Her arbejder du med trends og data \u2013 bl.a. i form af systemoverv\u00e5gning og analyse af potentielle risici. Du har derfor et st\u00f8rre fokus p\u00e5 samarbejde p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af funktioner, s\u00e5som 1-line-, 2-line- og 3-line support samt den interne kommunikation. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de kan du sikre, alle bliver informeret om \u00e6ndringer \u2013 og ikke mindst, hvordan de skal h\u00e5ndteres.<\/p>\n<h2>3 steps til opbygning af proaktive processer<\/h2>\n<p>Hvis du \u00f8nsker at arbejde mere proaktivt, er der visse skridt, som du med fordel kan tage for at komme bedst muligt fra start. Herunder:<\/p>\n<h3>1. Kortl\u00e6g nuv\u00e6rende processer<\/h3>\n<p>Start med at f\u00e5 et overblik over de nuv\u00e6rende arbejdsgange. Hvordan ser arbejdsbyrden ud? Hvilke sager f\u00e5r I ind? Hvilke services er mest tidskr\u00e6vende? Hvordan h\u00e5ndterer I problemer? Alt dette giver dig et godt indblik i alle dine forbedringspotentialer.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Lav en impact analyse<\/h3>\n<p>Efter kortl\u00e6gningen skal du lave en impact analyse, hvor du kigger p\u00e5, hvilke opgaver der har den st\u00f8rste p\u00e5virkning og kr\u00e6ver en optimering.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Brug din data konstruktivt<\/h3>\n<p>S\u00e5 snart du har din analyse p\u00e5 plads, skal du sammenligne den med din m\u00e5ls\u00e6tning, s\u00e5som v\u00e6rdier (it-\u00f8konomi, compliance &amp; brugerfeedback) og resultater (SLA, genneml\u00f8bstider &amp; first time right). Og her skal du arbejde med dine data. Hvor er de st\u00f8rste risici? Og hvilke kendte fejl findes der? P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de kan du vurdere og prioritere de st\u00f8rste potentialer for at skabe nogle mere proaktive processer.<\/p>\n<h2>Hvilke gevinster giver en proaktiv servicelevering?<\/h2>\n<p>Hvis du aktivt arbejder med at analysere dine data, s\u00e5 kan du kontinuerligt sikre, at dine servicekvalitet er intakt. Nogle af de allerst\u00f8rste gevinster er:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reduceret nedetid:<\/strong> Da du overv\u00e5ger dine systemer, kan du hurtigt s\u00e6tte ind, hvis der skulle opst\u00e5 forstyrrelser.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Forbedre dine systemers ydeevne: <\/strong>Ved at analysere dine data, kan du unders\u00f8ge fejl og risici l\u00f8bende og dermed sikre, at systemerne k\u00f8rer gnidningsfrit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Omkostningsbesparelser: <\/strong>Du kan v\u00e6re p\u00e5 forkant med problemerne og skal derfor ikke anvende en masse ressourcer til at brandslukker.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00d8ge sikkerheden: <\/strong>I takt med at du monitorerer alle systemer, kan du hurtigt f\u00e5 et indblik i eventuelle sikkerhedsbrud \u2013 og dermed udbrede fejl med det samme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Interesseret i at vide mere?<\/h4>\n<p>Serviceafdelingernes arbejdsbyrde bliver ikke mindre \u2013 tv\u00e6rtimod.
