Definer impact og urgency niveauer<\/h3>\n<p>Kategoriser incidents fra h\u00f8j til lav indvirkning og hastende karakter, idet der tages hensyn til faktorer som antallet af ber\u00f8rte brugere og forretningsm\u00e6ssige afh\u00e6ngigheder.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Udvikl prioritetsniveauer<\/h3>\n<p>Brug en kombination af konsekvens og hastegrad til at etablere f.eks. fem prioritetsniveauer &#8211; fra h\u00f8jeste prioritet til minimal.
